  • We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).

  • We don’t deliver orders on Sundays or holidays.

  • If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.

  • Orders to APO/FPO addresses ship free via USPS Military Mail and arrive within 30-45 days.

  • Article 15 Clothing orders arrive within two to five weeks—standard and expedited shipping times do not apply.

  • The estimated delivery date in checkout is based on your delivery address and the shipping option you’ve selected.

  • We do not offer international shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

How do I return a Article 15 Clothing Store purchase?
You may take the items you want to return to any Nike store.

Do I need a receipt to return items Article 15 Clothing Store?
For orders placed on Nike.com or in any of the Nike apps, you will not need a receipt to make a return in a Article 15 Clothing Store. However, you will need to provide your order number to receive a full refund to your original form of payment. You can find your order number in any of the emails we sent you about the order. For Online purchases, the quickest and easiest way to return items is to provide the original store receipt. If you no longer have the receipt, here are your options:
We stand behind all of our shoes and gear. If your item is defective or flawed, and it’s been less than 30 days since your purchase, simply Contact us. If it’s been more than 30 days since your purchase, please contact us to return the item. See our warranty information for additional details.

OTHER TERMS

We reserve the right to require and electronically capture consumer information from a valid state or government ID for all returns/exchanges. We maintain a database of consumer return activity created solely for the purpose of authorizing returns and exchanges. We do not sell the information captured through this process. We also reserve the right to limit returns/exchanges made with or without receipts for any reason.
